The Caribbean Development Bank commissioned Cultivate Communications to develop an advocacy campaign to help advance the recommendations of Labour Market Differentials in the Caribbean. The intent was to build buy-in from government and sector stakeholders and strengthen understanding of the Bank’s work on labour markets, trade, logistics and regional integration.
The messaging needed to emphasise partnerships, decisive action and collective responsibility, linking the evidence to practical improvements that benefit citizens and support long-term prosperity across the region.
We delivered an integrated package combining report design, a flagship advocacy video and a suite of launch-ready social assets.
We designed the layout for the Bank’s 80-page report, applying its branding guidelines and creating bespoke graphs and tables to improve readability and presentation.
We developed the narrative and wrote the script for the campaign video, working with a voiceover artist and weaving in staff interviews and insights from the study. We edited the final cut with high-definition b-roll, motion graphics, licensed music and English closed captions, ready for YouTube and social platforms.
To support rollout, we developed a brief outreach plan and created partner-ready social assets, including social cards with key messages and quotes, animated GIFs and short-form video reels. We packaged everything in Trello so the Bank and its partners could publish consistently, then completed monitoring, evaluation and social listening at the end of the campaign period.
